Each business unit within the organization then has a business unit strategy and plan , which its leaders use to determine how they will compete in their individual markets. In turn, each function & team should have its own strategy and business plan to ensure that its day-to-day activities help move the organization in the right direction. This is a practical workshop that helps managers understand what they need to consider when writing a business plan whether it is an annual plan or a 3-5 year plan, this course will give them the basic tools and approach.
